Shipping policy

Here at Custom Kosmic Creations, we understand how eager you are to receive your order!!!!

All our items are made to order. It can take anywhere from 1 to 2 weeks to receive your order.  Oftentimes, items tend to arrive earlier than anticipated!  

Once your item ships you will be emailed with a tracking number.  If you have any issues with tracking your order, feel free to contact us at ckosmiccshop@outlook.com.

We ship anywhere in the continental United States.

Business days are Monday - Friday. Please take into consideration any State and Federal Holidays and/or severe weather conditions that may naturally delay your delivery.

Please note that original shipping charges are non-refundable.

We are not responsible for lost packages or unclaimed packages due to incorrect shipping information or otherwise. So please check your shipping address thoroughly before you place the order.  There's no guarantee we can change the address if it has already shipped!

In the event of a lost package, the customer must file a claim directly with the shipping carrier and is not the responsibility of Custom Kosmic Creations once the shipping carrier has accepted the package.
