Returns due to damage and/or defects

Our manufacturer has the highest production quality in the industry, but in the unlikely event that you receive an item with damage/defect, Custom Kosmic Creations will gladly accept returns.  Please email ckosmiccshop@outlook.com or contact us through the chatbox, with a picture of the damage/defect within 14 days of your receipt. Once we receive the required proof of defect we will then be able to start the return process for your replacement.
